Yogveda CORE Dynamic

All yoga levels

Yogveda CORE Dynamics is a special one-hour yoga class designed by Shahid Khan to focus on your CORE muscles. Do you sit for hours? then most likely your core is weak. Join this one-hour Yogveda CORE Dynamic Yoga class and get a strong core.

Tuesday: 12.15 - 13.15 

 

Wednesday: 16.45 - 17.45

 

Friday: 12.15 - 13.15. on site and online

LEVEL 1

Start your yoga practice - change your life

Beginner class: Little or no experience in yoga asanas and pranayama.
It's all about understanding the position correctly. The muscles involved in the basic positions and the effects are explained.
The Yogvedi is at Level 1 until the teacher finds he or she ready for Level 2. About 6 months to a year.

LEVEL 3

Deepen your yoga practice with level 3 yoga lessons

Own understanding and self-study in the postures (Svadhyaya) and serious practice (Yog-Sadhana) are taught.
Poses taught at this level include Sirsasana, Sarwangasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Vricikasana.

Monday: Level 2+3+Pranayama

LEVEL 2

The next step in your yoga practice

Intermediate Class: Deeper understanding of muscles, joints and their movements to be able to practice the correct posture. New, more advanced positions are practiced. 
Handstand - Adhomukha Vrksasana, Headstand - Sirsasana in rope, and Shoulderstand - Sarwangasana with chair are practiced. 
The Yogvedi is at level 2 until the teacher finds he or she is ready for level 3. About one to two years.

Monday:

Wednesday:     18.00 - 19.30

Thursday: 19.00 - 20.30. on site and online

Asana + Pranayama

Level 1 + 2

This is a level 1 to level 2 yoga class.

If you are at level 1 and want to take your practice to level 2, this is the class for you.

This class has an introduction to pranayama.

In pranayama, the correct spine and strong diaphragm muscles are very important. The wrong shape of the spine is the cause of all problems and the hallmark of Yogaveda Yoga is that the spine is corrected first. In most cases, this does not require therapeutic yoga.
The pranayama class begins with correcting the spine and strengthening the diaphragm. After that, pranayama exercises are practiced.

Restorative Yoga

All Levels

Restorative yoga is an exercise that involves slowing down and opening up the body through passive stretching.

However, during the long stints of restorative yoga, your muscles can deeply relax. When your life is in high gear, so is your mind. Restorative yoga helps maintain physical and mental balance to avoid stress and anxiety using Yogveda Yoga Props that allow you to hold your poses longer and reap all the benefits of a deep, passive stretch.
