Every 90-minute class begins with the Yogveda Kriya—a specific flow of 23+ Asanas designed by Master Shahid Khan. It ensures that when you start your deeper practice, your body is not just "warm," but fully activated, lubricated, and safe.

What is the Yogveda Kriya? 

The Yogveda Kriya is a systematic journey through the body. Performed on both sides, it addresses every major muscle group and joint complex to remove stiffness accumulated from daily life.

The 3 Stages of the Kriya

  1. Joints & Mobility (The Lubrication): We use rotations and twists to stimulate synovial fluid in the ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders. This drastically reduces injury risk and improves long-term mobility.

  2. Full-Body Release (The Stiffness Cure): Targeted movements for the back, legs, and hips release the tension of sedentary work/lifestyle before we attempt difficult poses.

  3. The Eye Series (Unique Feature): Unlike other systems, we train the eye muscles. These exercises increase light intake to the brain, enhancing focus, concentration, and mental clarity ("Netra Vyayam").
