This class features Yogveda Kriya, a dynamic and energizing sequence designed to work on all the muscles and joints of the body. Through flowing movements, it prepares the body for deeper practices while enhancing flexibility, strength, and overall vitality. The session concludes with calming and restorative Pranayama techniques to deepen your breath, quiet your mind, and bring a sense of inner peace.
