What is Yogveda Kriya? (More Than Just Stretching)
Yogveda Kriya is not passive relaxation. It is an active, breath-oriented practice that awakens your vital life force (Kundalini). Think of it as "High-Intensity Training" for your nervous system and mind.
The Session Includes: • Dynamic Kriya: Rhythmic movements synchronized with breath to break physical stagnation and generate heat. • Pranayama Techniques: We use Ujjayi and Surya-Chandra Bhedana to balance your body's solar (activity) and lunar (regeneration) systems. • Energy Control (Bandhas): Known to Pilates fans as "Core Activation." We use Mula Bandha (Root Lock) and Uddiyana Bandha to channel energy upward through the spine.
