This is a high-intensity, one-hour class specifically designed to activate your "Powerhouse" (the deep core muscles).

Unlike static Hatha Yoga, we flow through a dynamic sequence of 14 specific poses, repeated twice. This rhythm builds heat, burns energy, and strengthens the deep abdominal and back muscles.
