The concept of Prana-Sadhana is the disciplined practice used to master life force energy. We use the Yogveda Method to achieve this:

The Foundation: Anatomy & Reset 

  • Understanding the Post-Summer Body: How travel, heat, and routine breaks affect you.

  • Full-Body Reset Sequence: Opening shoulders, releasing hips, decompressing the spine, and re-engaging the core.

The Breath: Pranayama for Integration 

  • Pranayama for Rebalancing: Reopening the ribs & diaphragm, calming the nervous system.

  • Tools to Return to Routine: Rebuild structure and mental clarity.
