Welcome to Five Principles of Life — a 5-day immersion connecting you with 15 universal principles: Five elements, five senses, and five layers of being (koshas) — shaping how you move, breathe, age, and live.

Day - Element - Sense - Kosha (Layer of Being) Effect

1.        Earth - Smell - Annamaya (physical)Stability, grounding, body awareness

2.        Water - Taste - Pranamaya (energy)Flow, adaptability, breath & vitality

3.        Fire - Sight - Manomaya (mental)Clarity, focus, willpower

4.        Air - Touch - Vijnanamaya (wisdom)Lightness, intuition, sensitivity

5.        Space - Hearing - Anandamaya (bliss)Spaciousness, silence, inner joy

How the 15 Principles Shape Body, Breath, and Mind

Area - Effect of the 15 Principles

Body - Elements + physical kosha = alignment, strength, mobility

Breath - Senses + energy kosha = depth, rhythm, energy flow

Mind - Koshas + space = clarity, calm, presence, longevity

Each day deepens one repeated asana sequence with a new principle — you’ll feel the shift.

Each day includes:

  • Brief intro to element + sense + kosha

  • Repeated asana sequence (deeper, more familiar daily)

  • New pranayama practice tailored to the day

  • Stillness practices to refine awareness
