At Yogveda Bern, we believe true health isn't just about sweating for an hour; it's about understanding the mechanics of your own body and the architecture of your mind.

While our weekly classes are excellent for maintenance and decompression, real structural change requires time, focus, and a deeper dive. That is why we designed our 2026 Workshop Calendar as a systematic journey.

We aren't offering random classes. We are building you up, month by month—from foundation to crown, from the physical body to mental stability.

Here is your roadmap for a resilient 2026.


The Spring: Laying the Anatomical Foundation

We begin the year where stability starts: the ground and the core structure. These workshops build upon each other to release chronic tension and realign posture.


FEBRUARY: ROOTS OF MOVEMENT (Hips)

Saturday, 14.02.2026 | 09:00 – 14:00 “Stand still long enough — and your hips will tell you where you’re stuck.” We start with the base to address chronic stiffness blocking the lower back and limiting your stride.


MARCH: AXIS OF POWER (Spine & Core)

Saturday, 07.03.2026 | 09:00 – 14:00 “Your core doesn’t just hold you up — it holds you together.” A strong spine is silent. We work to make strength effortless by aligning torso and spine.


APRIL: UNBURDEN YOUR SHOULDERS

Saturday, 04.04.2026 | 09:00 – 14:00 “Your shoulders carry the world — until you set it down.” Release "tech-neck" and elevated shoulders that restrict blood flow to the head and create chronic tension headaches.


The Early Summer: Deepening Breath & Nervous System

Once the structure is stable, we turn to the subtler systems that control energy and calm.


MAY: THE DIAPHRAGM (Breath & Emotions)

Saturday, 02.05.2026 | 09:00 – 14:00 “Where the diaphragm blocks, emotion stalls.” Discover the power of breath, not just as a physical act, but as a gateway to emotional release.


JUNE: THE PATH OF CALM (Vagus Nerve)

Saturday, 06.06.2026 | 09:00 – 14:00 “Calm doesn’t start in the head — it starts in the Vagus nerve.” Stress shuts you down; this workshop shows you how to switch back on via the nerve of regeneration.


JULY: THE INNER SUPPORT (Pelvic Floor & Psoas)

Saturday, 04.07.2026 | 09:00 – 14:00 “Stability doesn’t start in the back — it starts in the pelvic floor.” Awaken the invisible core that holds everything together and learn how a strong psoas supports you instead of pulling you down.


High Summer: The Immersion


AUGUST: FIVE PRINCIPLES OF LIFE (5-Day Immersion)

03.–07.08.2026 | 09:00 – 11:30 daily “Repetition makes wisdom physical.” An intensive week connecting you with the universal principles that determine how you move, breathe, and live.


The Autumn: Master Classes for Energy & Mind

In the second half of the year, we use the established stability for deeper energetic and philosophical work led by Yoga Master Shahid Khan.


SEPTEMBER: PRANA-SADHANA (Autumn Integration)

Saturday, 05.09.2026 | 09:00 – 14:00 “Summer takes — autumn gives back. Start with a reset.” A Master Workshop to restore mobility, re-awaken strength, and rebalance breath after the summer.


OCTOBER: KRIYA YOGA (Discipline & Freedom)

Saturday, 31.10.2026 | 09:00 – 14:00 Theme: Abhyasa & Vairagya in body, breath, and mind. Use the ancient wisdom of the Yoga Sutras to restore balance between overexertion and collapse.


NOVEMBER: VRITTIS & KLESHAS (Yoga Psychology)

Weekend, 28.–29.11.2026 | 09:00 – 14:00 “Understand your mind, free your soul.” A profound exploration of classical Yoga philosophy (Patanjali) to transform mental turbulence into inner strength.


Commit to the Process

You don't build a house by starting with the roof. You build the foundation, then the frame, then the systems. Your body is no different.
