Your heart is literally anchored to your breathing muscle. They are mechanically inseparable. Whenever your diaphragm moves, your heart is physically pulled and manipulated.


2. The Biomechanics of the Heart Massager


In Yogveda Yoga, we do not breathe just to get oxygen; we breathe to manipulate our internal organs. This requires the strict synchronization of the 3 Motors of Breath (the Nose, the Throat Vacuum, the Diaphragm, and the pelvic floor).

As you exhale through the left nostril and engage the pelvic floor, the diaphragm ascends, gently compressing the sac back upward.
